Road load data acquisition (RLDA) is an excellent method for measuring the precise vehicle response either on public roads in the anticipated market or on proving grounds by replicating specific driving profiles. For automotive industry, this method is extremely useful for ensuring the quality, reliability and durability of the vehicle. RLDA is the method used to record random-vibration data while the vehicle is being operated under different road conditions, both proving grounds or actual road condition.
