Their testimonial reflects the success of a recent project where Logica Progetti designed and manufactured a 350-liter mobile tank for pharmaceutical syrup distribution.
The mobile tank, crafted with vertical construction in internally polished AISI 316 stainless steel featuring a satin finish on the outer walls, boasts impressive specifications. It includes an inverter-driven magnetic stirrer on the bottom, a manual sanitary discharge valve, and a hatch equipped with a grill and micro-sensor safety switch. To ensure stability, the tank is mounted on three stainless steel legs, each fitted with compression load cells and an anti-tipping device.
Logica Progetti entrusted the crucial task of supplying load cells to Minebea Intec's Novego weighing module. This decision was driven by the module's easy integration into the mobile weighing system, its guarantee of accurate measurements, and its unique feature of facilitating residue-free cleaning for optimal sterility.
The delivery from Minebea Intec featured three 500 kg capacity C3-class Novego weighing modules, complete with an adapter plate (PR 6061/00S) and a rack mounting base (PR 6061/02S). The Novego cells were seamlessly connected to the X3 weight indicator (PR 5410/00) through a stainless steel junction box (PR 6130/34S) positioned on the front of the electrical switch panel cabinet, mounted on the trolley. The PR 5410 indicator controls the magnetic stirrer's start-up and stop through digital contacts.
What sets the Novego weighing module apart is its ability to absorb lateral forces effectively, ensuring unparalleled measurement precision even when mixers are in operation.
In addition to supplying top-notch equipment, Minebea Intec's technical staff took charge of on-site testing and calibration tasks at both Logica Progetti's facilities (SAT) and the end customer's location (FAT). This comprehensive approach underscores Minebea Intec's commitment to providing not only cutting-edge technology but also reliable service and support throughout the entire implementation process.
